Being informed about the coins that are being released,i'am just interested in the British coins, but it's lovely to see what other coins are out there.
Their service is average you cannot add items to an order or cancel once its progressed.
The quality of the items is good as is the pleasant professional staff who answer the phone..

I am so sorry to hear that we have caused your son disappointment in not receiving your complete order.
I have looked into this matter further and note at the point of order we did not have any stock available of the Wallace and Gromit 50p Coin, so I am sorry if this was not indicated during the ordering process. To ensure there is no bug in the system I have reported this to our IT team who will investigate this further.
Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention, and as a way of saying thank you I have ensured that a credit has been applied to your account to cover the cost of the Wallace and Gromit 50p coin. We are expecting to complete all outstanding orders by 14th July, 2020 and the current dates provided are the latest available at this time.
