No problem with the actual delivery and service provided until finding out I've been charged for a subscription without my knowledge.

The charge relates to a subscription delivery. The subscription was started when you purchased the Winnie the Pooh coin, and during the ordering process it explains that future deliveries will be charged to the payment card used.We understand that subscriptions aren't for everyone, and they can be cancelled at any time via your online account or by reaching out to customer services.
If you have received a delivery that you don't wish to keep, you can return it to us free of charge. Simply complete the returns form on the back of your invoice, select the appropriate reason code and visit https://www.westminstercollection.com/returnsform to arrange your free return.
