I ordered an item which had a small dent. I contacted Wesco who promptly sent me out a replacement , no hassle, great customer service

Sorry to hear you had problems installing the spring set. We would be more than happy to talk you through installation or give you more information on how it is installed. If the spring set is faulty we will of course replace it, just contact customer services on 01225 438 185.
