This is maybe my 29th purchase from water to go! Both myself and my family use these bottles and we wouldn’t shop anywhere else.
Great service, great products.
Great bottle, although haven’t been brave enough to use water from a stream/waterfall…. Only thing I’d say is, getting a good guzzle can be tricky because it sort of dribbles out.

Hi ,
your flow rate should enable you to empty the bottle within a minute. It may be that the filter isnt fully activated. Try to leave the filter standing in water for at least 15 minutes, completely submerged and that ought to do the trick.
Promo code selected for free filter. It did not come. Email sent. No reply received
Nozzle too small and flow very slow. Not impressed

Hi Drew,
We have checked your order. The offer of a free filter is an introductory offer on the 60 cls active. You ordered the 75 cls active, which does not have that offer unfortunately.
If the flow is slow, it sounds as if the filter has not been activated. Please just let it soak on water for 15 minutes and that will resolve the issue.
We have never had any comments that the nozzle is too shory since we launched the new lid 4 years ago.
Offered free filter but didn’t receive it
No reply from their customer service either - I’m sure the bottle is good but customer service needs improving.

Very efficient service. The water bottles are pleasing to the eye and good to handle. I cannot drink tap water without unpleasant consequences, the filter sorts out that problem for me and the water...
