Hi Magdalena, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I am very sorry to hear that you have not received your order. Looking into it I can confirm your order was dispatched on the 11th August, however Royal Mail have yet to attempt delivery, which they should have by now. Unfortunately it's likely your order has been lost in transit.
