First class service at best price. Will definitely use them again
Called immediately during online booking when there was a glych in the system.
Offered reduced price for check in luggage. Garry was very professional throughout the procedure. Very good price.

Janet was very helpful. The price of the flight ended up being higher than advertised though, so not happy having to pay more than expected.
