I was pleased and surprised to receive a call from Carli, one of the owners of this family run business, who was very genuine and apologetic about my first experience with them.
The mishap was explained & I was compensated for my initial disappointment.
This excellent customer service has completely changed my view and I now can’t wait to place my next order with Urban Flowers!
