Not entirely true every email sent to you contained "we are very sorry", Unfortunately our excuse was passed on from the supplier as we were let down by the coffee sets this year. The website does not have a stock control system. We allow people to order what they would like and if it is out of stock ( which isn't very often ) we contact the customer asking if they would like it balanced or if they would like to choose a different product. We appreciate all of our customers and go out of our way to please everyone. Unfortuantely we failed on this occasion for this we are truely sorry.

In response: I understand that stocks may not have been updated on your website when I ordered but what I am angry about is that they were still in stock when you emailed me after I placed my order to confirm that you were sending them out next day by Royal Mail instead of courier! It was only when I chased up my order a week later that I was then told it was out of stock and was never sent afterall! I should have been contacted right away to be told that it was out if stock, not after broken promises and me chasing my order days after it should have been delivered.
The reason I said about excuses was because you never explained why it was in stock when you emailed me days after my order and why you didn't contact me right away to say it was out of stock!
That's why I will never order from you again and advise people to stay away, just because you never answered my questions and handled it so badly.
