Customer service is terrible!
I have a home loan with them and have requested a call from a manager over that department on 3 occasions in the last three months. I have still not recieved a call.

I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF TRUE SKY SINCE DIRT WAS INVENTED. I LIKED THE OLD NAME BETTER BUT TRUE SKY IS OK SINCE THE SERVICE IS STILL EXCELLENT. YOUR PEOPLE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE.
