Absolutely horrible!
Unacceptable. I booked the trip on 11/8. I call to confirm the booking however when I arrived at the rental car location, I was told the reservation was cancelled. We are stranded here in Miami.

Avoid Enterprise and Alamo. Same company.
I get there and the parent company says there’s an issue with something ten years ago so I had to go next door.
The person at the counter said they would refund my money but I don’t see it.
