The course material is nice and clear. I would like to recommend to others. I like the exam pattern. If there is a detailed course material offered it will be helpful to improve the knowledge.

The customer service is excellent but the publications could do with some improvement. There are typos, errors and, in some cases, fairly key concepts are not properly explained or gone through...
