However, we should note that many hotels in Japan are much smaller than what our Aussie guests are used to. While we completely understand that some of our guests may find these facilities small, this is the norm across the country.

Excellent service from Keiko and bus drivers. Very punctual and considerate of her bus tourists. Lots of fun on the bus too.
it was great Hotels all in great locations and tour guide showed us where to go and how to get around. Her English probably needs a bit of polish but she was only new and hey my Japanesee is Zilch...
