Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear your experience with TJ Waste wasn’t perfect. I can see you had taken advantage of our discounted 4 day hire rate, the skip was delivered on the Wednesday as requested but unfortunately we had no option but to move the collection from the Friday to the Saturday. I can see that you had called in on the Friday and spoke to a member of the team and accepted the collection would be on the Saturday. We always try our best to collect on our customers chosen dates but sometimes operational restraints do prevent this.
