We are pleased that you found the website easy to use and that you found the delivery to be quick. We are very sorry that you were disappointed with the packaging but unfortunately that is how the supplier sends the puppet set to us. Some suppliers choose to put their items in boxes whilst others try to reduce their carbon footprint and to keep costs down by cutting out the packaging. The puppet supplier that we use falls into this latter group. We are more than happy to take the item back and to give you a full refund or to substitute a more suitable item in its place if you would prefer.
