Hi there. The vast majority of our customers drive safely. If we do need to ask a driver to leave, we always try to take a huge amount of care, attention and effort to fully understand the situation before notifying them.To be fair to our customers, we also give any driver seven days’ notice to find other insurance and the opportunity to voluntarily cancel their policy. This means they have no mark on their insurance record and do not need to declare that they’ve had insurance cancelled.Thanks, Ticker

We’re very sorry that an incorrect speed limit affected your driving feedback – we have notified our database provider of the error. We’re always happy to discuss your feedback with you, and you can start a chat in the app any time.
We say in our policy wording that if we see extremely dangerous driving, we may ask that policyholder to leave Ticker. However, we always review the driving manually to check things like speed limit. We also give any driver seven days’ notice to find other insurance. We never cancel on the spot. We also give our drivers the opportunity to voluntarily cancel in that time, so they don’t have a mark on their insurance record.
