Thank you for your review and I understand your concern about how long we have been working on your appeal. As you know we are still trying to resolve your suspension.

When Amazon believe the documentation a seller has submitted is 'forged or manipulated' and there is no additional evidence to support the Sellers claims it does take time to resolve. In circumstances where Sellers later advise that invoices have been changed after appeals have been submitted it can be even more difficult to convince Amazon to regain trust in a Seller.
