Yes, but as I said the first one was not typed correctly on the address. They missed the word "basement" meaning it got delivered to an unknown address and I cannot located it. I've been onto your website and when I type in the postcode "Flat 14" is not an option so it's impossible that I clicked the wrong address and it was mistyped at your end. I have already rang your customer support and received an email mixing up my two orders. When I explained that the first order was the one I had an issue with I did not receive a reply.
