Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
Your took delivery of your Okeanos 12’6 in early May. After a delay in transit with the delivery company due to COVID and almost daily contact with you, delivery was made at the second attempt. This happened after we were able to you get you to contact the local delivery depot because the delivery driver on the first attempt turned around half a kilometre before your address as he believe he would not be able to reach it in the vehicle he was in. We were pleased to hear that you had made contact and delivery was booked for the following day. On the day of delivery you confirmed all had been received and all was well with your order. The following day on the 9th May you forward images of a very small depression in the underside of the board. This small depression would not affect its watertight integrity or performance of the board and is not a warranty issue. It is an issue with the goods upon inspection of delivery and the potential for damage after delivery.
We have offered to send you some SIC merchandise as a gesture of goodwill but have not received a response to date.
