Disappointed that stock was not available for some weeks but I was kept well informed when the product would be dispatched and it arrived as stated.

1 of the 4 toilets arrived broken and because we didn't check it in time we had to buy another one.

Good morning,
Thanks so much for your feed back.
We understand it does get a little tricky and we try to help as much as we can with additional stickers on the boxes to remind customersto check products within 24 hours of delivery and we will absolutely provide a replacement if any damage occurs in transit. Our transit insurance doesn't cover damage claims after a long period of time as products are often stored on building sites and moved around by trades, making it hard to determine when or how the damage occurred.
