An e-mail was sent from us on 28th Sept to say the item was dispatched, our Manager personally rang on 3rd October to say how sorry we were & sent some free gifts.
The first bbq was damaged and was exchanged the second also had damage and a new pard is being ordered. I question the warehouse and/or the maufacturer

The BBQ was damaged and a replacement was sent out without delay however the replacement also had damage a full refund was given without delay. Although disappointed a full refund was given without delay.
Could not fault on price and delivery the only minor problem was finding the free propane regulator does not fit a standard 6kg propane bottle,so am having to source one from elsewhere.
