Good n bad

Quite easy to understand however I only wanted home and building insurance and I got charged for road breakdown which I phoned and said I didn't want I thought that was it until a couple of weeks...

Everything went smoothly but the price went up £3 from the comparison site and that was not explained As it was only a small amount I took it no further
