Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your overall experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.
We’re committed to supporting every trainee throughout their journey, and we take all feedback seriously—both positive and critical—as it helps us continuously improve our training and support.
We were surprised to read your review, as it appears to contrast with the feedback you provided during your course. For example:
•After completing Part 1, you rated the training 5 out of 5 and commented, “I enjoyed the balance” and “I find it really interesting and engaging.”
•Following your Part 2 success, you again rated us 5 out of 5, saying “Great training.”
•Even in your final training survey, you gave 3 out of 5 and expressed hope that the in-car training would help build your confidence.
We understand that Part 3 can be particularly challenging, and we’re sorry to hear that you felt the support wasn’t tailored to your needs. We aim to provide a blend of virtual, in-car, and group-based learning to suit a wide range of learning styles, and we’re always looking for ways to improve this balance.
Regarding the VR component, we’re sorry to hear it made you feel unwell. While many trainees find it engaging and helpful, we understand that it may not suit everyone, and we’ll continue to explore ways to make this more accessible.
We’re pleased to hear that you ultimately passed your Part 3 test and we sincerely wish you every success in your new career. We would still welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to better understand your concerns and ensure your feedback is fully heard.
Thank you again for your comments, and we wish you all the best on the road ahead.
Regards
