trip cancelled by the company and no refund given. Not impressed!
our trip was cancelled on the day and I was promised a refund but never got it!!!! So no... I am not impressed.

Thank you for your comments but our records show that your booking was not attended and the crew had no option but to leave 15 minutes after the departure time. If you wish to take this matter further you can send your complaint to customercomments@citycruises.com, along with your reference number, time and date of travel so that we can investigate this matter further.
