Staff very helpful and wonderfully pleasant. Events well organized. Daily breakfasts and meals excellent. Would have rated 5 stars except few venues considered the handicap members of our group....

Hotel was unacceptable and under renovations. No accessible rooms although requested. Event spaces were too small for amount of people attending and again not accessible for all. Transportation...

Thank you for taking the time to share these comments. Each of our team members reads these feedback reviews so that we can continually make our service better. I apologize we did not live up to your expectations this time. The inability to secure an accessible room is understandably an issue. This, I'm sure, was very disappointing especially because it was requested at an earlier date. While the room for the Welcome Party was also not accessible, I do understand that our team let you know this in advance and offered other options. Regardless, I absolutely see where that would be cause for frustration and do apologize.
As for transportation, it was delayed several times due to the volume of individuals at the event. While this was out of our control, it still is not what we would have wanted for your experience.
Overall, I do hope you enjoyed your time at the College Football Classic. If you would like to provide any further details about your stay, please feel free to email travel@tenontours.com so we can address them. We thank you for traveling with us.

I appreciate you taking the time to read and respond. “Colin Farrell ” (don’t know real name) was very gracious at welcome party providing drinks etc however tailgate was also not accessible including bathrooms Those places were not big enough and should not have been selected to begin with
