However, after checking this issue, the driver informed us that the reservation was booked wrongly with a different address. Therefore, the driver was lost indeed but because they followed the pickup according to the booking details which turned out to be mistaken. Whenever a delay or an issue happens before a pickup, we always make sure to keep the client updated, as the driver did to make sure to find the correct address. We completely understand that this was due to a human mistake, especially when you are creating a booking in a city you may not know that well. This is why we would also like to apologize for the minimum inconvenience this caused you. As a gesture of an apology, we have sent you a separate discount code which you will be able to redeem on the next reservation you may book with us.
