Ordered on 6th January, took 3 weeks to receive only part of my order - which was damaged. Took multiple phone calls before finally getting through to an agent. Returned and cancelled full order.

had to keep calling few times to get this sorted
Taskers are ok
Bought two pictures, one was damaged. Spoke to customer service, they replaced
straight away, no issues

Hi Customer,
We are sorry that you are not happy with our service. I can see from our records that we emailed you after you placed your order that the item was out of stock. When we placed the order with our supplier it was unfortuantely out of stock with them and we also informed you of this delay. The only option we had was to wait for the item to arrive into stock or we asked if you would be happy to take a display item, you confirmed that this would be ok and that you would collect from store as you were coming in to purchase other goods so we arranged this for you rather than booking a delivery.

Hi Customer,
Really sorry that your items arrived damaged from DPD. The lanterns were boxed and bubblewrapped with fragile tape before dispatch to protect the lanterns from damage and to let the drive know they were fragile items, unfortunately they arrived damaged by DPD which we have reported to them.
