Unfortnately, you are correct, at this point in time we do not offer free returns, but instead offer free delivery over all £50 orders. This will be something we look at doing for the future. We are so glad you like the shoes. We often state estimated delivery times that can sometimes be longer than it would actually take, just to avoid any disappointment with our valued customers. We have looked into your delivery time and can see these took 4 days for dispatch which was within the 5-7 working day estimate for your order. As these were dispatched on a Friday you did not receive these until the Monday. If you are in urgent need of a particular shoe, then please do not hesitate to give us a call and we can give your a rough delivery estimate depending on the stock location.
