Need more contact with creditors
Not enough contact with creditors as I get nothing but them chasing me constantly

Our advisors will have sent proposals to your creditors at the start of your plan, but unfortunately, creditors tend to only contact us if they have rejected the proposals. Some creditors do not respond to us or take longer to process the proposals we send to them. We understand that this could make you feel anxious, so if you would like to speak to an advisor about your concerns, please contact us on 0300 303 5300 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm), or email us at client.service@stepchange.org.
