Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, you are correct that this isn't the same stone as the grills imported from Japan. We have worked tirelessly with a UK manufacturer to create a natural product that has the same qualities as the Japanese imports. Our stones have been independently tested and verify to ensure that this is the case, being made in the UK we also have control over supply and consistency so I am disappointed to see your comments, especially as overall feedback has been very positive on this product.
