Good Evening Charles,
I am sorry that you have managed to purchase the wrong type of pouch on our website. We do try to clearly explain which pouch works with each sealer. We even clearly label this on the product image and explain it in the description. Unfortunately you seem to of missed all of this and have still purchased the wrong product. I am sorry that this was our fault. I am pleased we have been able to rectify this for you at an expense to us since then. I am sad to see this feedback on that basis. We do try our best but unfortunately this was not good enough on this occasion for you. Thanks
