Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, I can only apologise that a key element of one of the courses was left out, we appreciate how often the boxes are ordered as a treat and how frustrating it is to find that something is missing. I am surprised to hear that the food was bad quality as whilst I will take that we haven't delivered for you, our feedback on the meal boxes with regard to the quality of the food and what good value the boxes are has been overwhelmingly positive so am sorry we didn't hit the mark with yours.

The instructions take in 7 courses and over 20 ingredients and also need to include, allergens and ingredients so there is going to be some length to them and you are quite right to be upset that a element was left out. As to the food being bad this is disappointing to hear and am sorry it didn't hit the spot for you.
