Useless, avoid. Placed order 12/02/2021 paid extra 12£ For next day delivery. Still didn’t received, no one even bothered to contact.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, the item you ordered was ordered on a pre-order and this was specified on the order page and on the order confirmation. Even without the order being on pre-order you ordered and selected a premium delivery after our cut off time which is also clearly shown on our website.
As the order was for a item on pre-order no one would have contacted you at the time of order as they wouldn't have checked on the orders until the items came into stock. However in the circumstance of this product the delivery into us has been delay so I am sorry you have not been contact about this. If you would like to email me at vickie@sousvidetools.com I would be happy to refund the premium delivery price paid and you can also choose if you would like to wait until the item is in stock or have a full refund for the order.
