Horrendous service. Felt my issue wasn’t being dealt with appropriately, I had to constantly chase and in the end my issue wasn’t resolved.

Excellent solution
internet and phones went down within the hour Solutions IP had located and told us the problem. BT had done a download the night before which caused the issues. Within 2 hours our lines were up and...
