Hi Sarah, many thanks for your kind feedback. Just to let you know, we do not confirm delivery, however, we do email you to confirm dispatch of your gift and provide a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your delivery at any time.

Very prompted with dispatching and well presented. I ordered the gift before 2pm the Friday however it wasn't received until Sunday and i paid for next day delivery 😕

Hir Arlene, many thanks for your feedback.  Just to clarify our delivery service, if you order before 2pm on Friday, your gift will be delivered the following 'working' day, in this case on Monday, unless you select our Saturday Delivery Service at a different rate.  Your gift was delivered on the Monday as scheduled and as advised on our website checkout and your email dispatch confirmation.
