We would like to assist you in getting the correct size, please contact our Customer Services team regarding the sizing. Also, we are unsure where the 25$ return cost comes from? We provided a return address in Alabama, USA for the item to be returned, this should not cost $25, please can you check this and come back to us - were you pricing to return to Germany where it was shipped from? If this is the case, then the return address is in USA and therefore the cost should be much less. Please advise service@slumbersac.com Thanks

Let us see if we can find a more cost effective way - did you box it up rather than in a mailing bag - often that can push the price up? Please advise height and weight of wearer and we will check that the size is correct. We will reach out to you directly so that we can resolve this with you.
