Sorry to hear that you've had a drive fail on you, I can definitely understand your frustration. Unforunately, with this drive, neither us nor Seagate are responsible for any data loss or retrieval. If you bring the drive back now, we can still process the warranty as normal. Rest assured, if you have sensitive data on the drive it will be safe, Seagate will completely destroy it.
