Hair product NEVER arrived
My hair oil NEVER arrived. I was charged £18.09 for the oil and have been refunded only £13.59 with no email explanation. I am NOT happy!

Great service
Really fast delivery was very impressed. Tint bowl and brush were good quality. Colour worked great and covered really well. Would definitely use again!

The product ok, but you have to pay delivery charges which is poor.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear you were unhappy with the delivery charge.

We do try and keep our delivery costs down, and will only charge delivery on order under £30 as stated on our website.
