Easy and courteous check in.
The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The entire property is clean. I am worry free renting a unit for my personal items. Location is great.

To busy working to actually get a code/key to location
Due to work, I was unable to go to the storage location to get a key for the unit I paid online for and decided to cancel after a week of trying to go to it. Decided to see if I could get a refund...

Account Closed When It Wasn’t Supposed To Have Been
They closed my account and locked me out of my space then I had to reregister and they charged me the one time move in fee of $25.00 and I have yet to receive a refund.
