Dear Sir,
I am sure that I noted on the packing note that you could return if you were not happy about this cape. We have tried now since we spoke to obtain Keough, but even Bill Keough himself could not help us on this occasion, but as he owns Metz he sent me three of them to help out. We could have repacked them and you would have been no wiser, but as it is being honest only creates its own problem.
Send it back and we will refund you. Negative feedback is not always the way to sort these things out. That is your choice.
