I am so sorry for the confusion with your booking. Rural Retreat and Cotswolds Hideaways are sister companies who work together. Your chosen property is on the Rural Retreats portfolio and your booking should have been transferred immediately to Rural Retreats however due to a technical glitch this did not happen hence the changeover was made later. This does not affect your booking at all and is only for auditing reasons because the owner has chosen Rural Retreats. I do sincerely apologise and please contact us if you need any further assistance.
