By replying to customers phone calls ,and by not discounting the item when they said they would ,not yet received a discount

Great communication and swift delivery. Brilliant product too, nice to use a product that has been designed around the task at hand and with the end user in mind.
If I knew that they will just leave a 92 kg piece next my front door and ignoring my questions to help to place it next to garden door which is 10 m distance from front door I wouldn’t buy from them.
