Sorry for your disappointment. This is the first we're hearing of it and it can certainly be fixed. I just looked over your order and so far all communication with your writer has expressed that you were very happy with their work; particularly on the resume itself....
Not all profiles include a LinkedIn summary and while we don't advise one for your field, we can certainly add on.
In today's day & age, the beginning of a cover letter should be succinct and clear. Only further down should the creativity sink in.

It was a good experience. Has not had any nibbles yet.
It was overall a good experience. My writer seemed unwilling to make further changes on my resume indicating she had covered everything.

Phone communication needed, at least one call per resume
Not fond of the non-verbal communication. would think at least one phone call would be of value prior to writing the resume
