Apenas os clientes com prova de compra podem deixar uma avaliação na Feefo. Para tal, contactamos os compradores imediatamente após a sua transação.

Como é que verificamos as avaliações?

Verificamos se as avaliações são de clientes genuínos, associando-as a uma venda ou transação. As pessoas só são convidadas a deixar uma avaliação depois de comprarem na empresa.

Como é que lidamos com as falsas avaliações?

I have checked your order details and can see the brand requested were out of stock for a short period so the order remained stuck in our system.
