I had to book by phone because it wasn't clear whether there were still any spaces available online. But the man I spoke to was really helpful and even held two different dates open for me for 24 hrs...

All done online till we had to pay the deposit. Easy peasy. Lawrie was very helpful in sorting out a regional flight booking for us. Good communication throughout.
