Thanks for your feedback, I am sorry to hear you feel this way. Having reviewed the account I note the property manager has reverted back on any outstanding queries. If you do not feel the matter has been rectified as required, please forward any outstanding issues to myself amelia@pbm-property.com and I will ensure these are addressed as required.

Thanks for some further information, I am providing this information to the property manager who will be in contact with clarity asap.

Further to the above, the property manager has retendered the gardening contract again, and new gardeners will be attending to rectify over the next few weeks. The Property Manager also held a leaseholder meeting last night, the invite sent to leaseholders with the agenda and joining information on 6th July. Yourself nor any other leaseholder attended in order to raise issues and discuss resolutions. Further correspondence will be sent with the PowerPoint slide information. The property manager is very accommodating to work with leaseholders and rectify any matters outstanding, we feel the above only highlights this.
