Awful delivery service

Package delivered to the wrong house, no confirmation of delivery was provided. I only found out it was delivered due to my neighbour dropping off the parcel to me

You are missing the point. The parcel was correctly labelled, however the delivery driver left it at the wrong house, and the house it was left at clearly showed it’s door number as being 3, not 2 I haven’t tried the whiskey as we haven’t had the tasting event yet. Telling me to keep an eye out for tracking information is not helpful. I work in an office and can’t sit at home waiting to check a parcel is delivered correctly. I suggest you educate your delivery drivers to take a few moments to ensure they are delivering to the right address
