I ordered two ceiling roses by mistake but I was immediately reimbursed for the second and my order adjusted with no trouble. Also I like the product.

Very helpful and friendly customer support service. Delivery was on time. Quality of product excellent. We have yet to put it up as waiting for building work to be completed.
