Planet Leasing Ltd Comentários

Good morning
Planet Leasing strive for legendary customer service and we will always go the extra mile for our clients to ensure that their leasing experience is as hassle-free as possible from the first phone-call to regular check-ins, through to the return of the vehicle at the end of their contract. I am glad that Jordan was able to deal with the issues you mention and that you were able to go away on holiday. The condition of your car at delivery was unacceptable and not something Planet would have allowed had we been part of that process! Planet have regular contact with, and provide feedback to, the suppliers and their delivery companies and we continue to hold them accountable to the same level of service we provide. The Planet Team

Good afternoon
I apologise that you were disappointed in the delivery/registration confirmation process towards the end of your leasing experience. Planet Leasing always endeavour to keep the client up-to-speed with changes in their ordering and administrative processes; in this instance we passed you information that we had received in good faith from the vehicle supplier which was later rescinded - which left us having to contact you with the news. Planet Leasing is a credit broker and as such have no control over the registration process which is handled at the dealership/supplier end. I can only apologise once again and let you know that we shared your frustration in this instance. The Planet Team
