We were sorry to learn about your recent experience. Pitchup.com is an online marketplace for customers to browse and book holidays, availability is managed by the campsite and it is their responsibility to keep this up to date. We completely understand how frustrating and upsetting it must have been for you. We immediately escalated this with the site. After further investigation, it appears there was an issue with the campsite's integration which impacted your booking. They have apologised for this and have issued a full refund. A member of our team will follow up with you via email to confirm this resolution. We apologise again and hope this experience doesn't stop you using Pitchup again in the future.

Easy to use site.

Very easy to find what you are looking for and easy booking system on the website. Some times when you put dogs in your search it gives you a price and when you book they add on extra.
