Easy site to use but need to look at booking as the caravan park had to ring and offer a different caravan as the one it said i would be getting on the site was already booked.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Campsite and park owners add their own pitch and accommodation availability to Pitchup.com: we will investigate why this error occurred with the caravan park. Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. We have spoken to the owner who apologises for the mistake the park made in double booking this pitch. I made an error in the date of my booking - my fault. There is no online…
I made an error in the date of my booking - my fault. There is no online facility to change, or amend a booking. I had to ring the site direct. This defeats the purpose of an online booking system.

We aim to provide customers with all the information needed in our confirmation email should you need to contact the site directly when issues like this arise.
